Our policy adapts to the product: our wheels are catalog items, while every Baumier B01 is built to order according to your configuration.

Lifetime warranty
Our warranty is simple — it comes down to two sentences: We trust you. You trust us.
Contact us at info@baumier.com and we will replace or repair your wheelset as quickly as possible.
The Baumier warranty covers any breakage or manufacturing defect. It also covers accidents while riding — we all make mistakes on the road, and we want to help you get back out there quickly.
If you sell or give away your wheels, simply pass the original receipt to the new owner. The warranty never expires.
If you are in the Montreal area, we will do everything we can to lend you a pair of wheels during the repair.
Cancellation before delivery
If you change your mind before your wheels are delivered, you can cancel your order at any time. We refund 100% of what you paid.
Return after delivery
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your wheels if you are not satisfied.
To start a return, contact us at info@baumier.com. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
The wheels must not have been mounted on a bike or used: no cassette, disc, rim tape, or valve other than those pre-installed by Baumier may have been mounted.
Upon receipt of the returned wheels, we refund 100% of what you paid.
Baumier B01 bike
Every B01 is built to order in Montreal according to your choice of model, groupset, finish, components, and customization options. Production time is approximately 8 weeks from your order.
Our B01 refund policy is tiered based on the manufacturing stage.
Before the production date is confirmed — 100% refund
As long as your bike's production date has not been confirmed, you can cancel your order at any time. We refund 100% of what you paid.
During production, before delivery — 60% refund
Once production has started, your bike is already being manufactured to your custom specifications (frame, titanium lugs, components, finishes). If you cancel during this phase, we refund 60% of what you paid — the remainder covers the materials committed and the manufacturing work already completed on a bike that cannot be resold as-is.
After delivery — final sale
The Baumier B01 is a fully custom bike (configuration, components, finishes) and cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery. All sales are final upon receipt of the bike.
Lifetime warranty
The Baumier lifetime warranty applies to your B01 just as it does to our wheels: we replace or repair any component with a manufacturing defect, and we also support you after a riding accident. Contact us at info@baumier.com.
