Wax casting
Reusable wax is melted and poured into a mold to create a core for the molding process, known as a mandrel. This solid core precisely determines the final internal shape of the rim.

RESIN FLOW COMPOSITE (RFC)
To meet both our performance requirements and our ambitious environmental mission, we've developed our own manufacturing technology based on a process used in the aerospace industry.
For a uniform and lighter structure, RFC molding limits air inclusions and resin overloads. Each rim is inspected for any bubbles or irregularities - ensuring an optimal carbon fiber to resin ratio - without compromising weight.
We ensure that every step of the process is meticulously documented and reproducible. Using precision tools, we measure the mandrel to guarantee consistent results. As such, our manufacturing parameters are rigorously implemented in order to maintain the highest level of standards.
Our two-part mold system allows for the creation of complex shapes with optimized hollowing, particularly in the sidewalls. Unlike other methods that use manually laid fibers, our proprietary process ensures clean surfaces without excess resin or compression defects - inside and out.
Using high-performance fiber, manufacturing locally and implementing technology that produces less waste with a low rejection rate all allow us to offer a product with a minimal environmental footprint. Our reusable wax core is just one part of this circular approach. And our commitment continues until the end of the products' life - with responsible waste management.
