Our Baumier warranty is simple, it comes down to two sentences: We trust you. You trust us.

Contact us and we will replace or repair your wheelset as quickly as possible by email at info@baumier.com. 

The Baumier warranty protects you against any breakage or malfunction of the wheel due to one or more manufacturing defects.

The warranty also protects you against an accident while riding. We all make riding mistakes, we want to help you get back on the road and trail as quickly as possible.

If you sell or give away your wheels, simply pass along the original receipt to the new owner.

If you live in Montreal or the surrounding area, we will do everything to lend you wheels while we repair yours.

The warranty never expires.

Order cancellation before delivery 

If you change your mind, before delivery of your Baumier wheels, you can cancel your order at     any time.

Baumier wants your complete satisfaction.

We refund you 100% of the amount paid when ordering.

 

Baumier wheel return policy

When you have received your wheels, if you change your mind, you can return your wheels to us within a period of 30 days following the purchase date.

To do this, contact us at info@baumier.com. 

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

No cassette, disc, rim tape, valve (other than those pre-installed by Baumier) should have been mounted on the wheels. The wheels must not have been mounted on your bike and used.

Upon receipt of the wheels, we refund you 100% of the amount paid when ordering.
