At Baumier, every product is made with precision and care. We deliver your wheels and your custom bike while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Processing time — Baumier wheels
Wheel orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
Manufacturing time — Baumier B01 bike
Because the B01 is built to order in Montreal, the time between your order and delivery is approximately 8 weeks. We keep you informed at every stage of manufacturing by email.
Shipping rates and times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the selected method.
Baumier wheels
- Canada and United States: 3 to 10 business days
- International: 7 to 21 business days
Baumier B01 bike
- Montreal area: in-person delivery by the Baumier team, by appointment, at no charge
- Elsewhere in Canada: shipped by a specialized bike carrier, fees calculated at checkout
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping delays
While we do our best to meet our shipping times, delays may occur due to:
- carrier issues
- customs processing
- exceptional manufacturing timelines for a custom bike
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping details are accurate. Baumier is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or stolen packages
Baumier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
