The Founder
Benjamin du Haÿs, co-founder of Mobeewave and accomplished athlete, embodies the spirit of Baumier. A visionary entrepreneur, cyclist and cross-country skier who chased his Olympic dream all the way to the Beijing 2022 Winter Games, he embodies our values of humility, resilience and collaboration.
Inspired by the Teal organizations’ vision, he has shaped Baumier around these principles: transparency, self-management and collective purpose guide our daily actions.

Our team
Benjamin has a passion for human relations, mountaineering and triathlon. From the mountains to the roads, he combines his love of nature and adventure with his role in fostering authentic connections with clients.
Benjamin is the man behind the Baumier vision. Inspired by his family, by nature and by the Teal principles, he seeks to build an organization focused on people, sustainability and collective values. His daily routine includes skiing, cycling and a lot of resilience.
Brigitte is the guardian of Baumier's ecological commitments, and dedicates her energy to protecting the environment. Her kindness and listening abilities reinforce team spirit while aligning each project with a sustainable vision.
As a former athlete, Christian draws from his own perseverance and creativity to design innovative products. Deep-rooted in the cycling world for a decade, he is the driving force behind Baumier's eco-responsible solutions.
Frank embodies versatility and dedication at Baumier. A skilled repairman at heart, he builds bridges between Baumier and its collaborators, combining respect for nature with the transmission of core values.
Jacinthe brings an analytical mindset and an optimistic outlook to everything she does. She sees cycling as a source of balance and resilience. The Baumier initiative allows her to merge her passions for marketing and cycling, without compromising her values.
Mathieu brings passion and structure to Baumier's research and development projects. A keen observer, he ensures that every action reflects the company's human and environmental values, while remaining mindful of nature and his colleagues.
Renaud is driven by innovation and the pursuit of sustainable solutions. A lifelong cycling enthusiast, he combines science and curiosity to design products in perfect harmony with their lifecycle. Inspired by nature, he ensures that each design respects both the environment and the riders' needs.
